4 Ways to Overcome Overwhelm this Summer

01. Let your intuition lead.

Experiment with following your instincts and trusting your gut. When you're making plans, know that your intuition will always lead you in the right direction.

Aligning your actions with your inner wisdom creates harmony and reduces overwhelm. Your inner voice knows what you need, it's just a matter of giving your mind time to catch up!

As you put this into practice, it will become easier and easier to let your intuition guide you.

02. Take care of yourself.

Self-care is essential, especially during busy seasons. It's easy to let things slide in the summer, but neglecting your needs will only add to overwhelm.

Ask your intuition how you can best care for yourself this season. Do things that lift your spirits and leave you feeling good.

Self-care might look different during these summer months and that's okay! Do whatever you need to take care of your mind, body and spirit this season.

03. Find magic in the moment.

Are you feeling pressure to create core memories this season? Let that go and bring your focus to the present moment.

Watch beautiful sunsets. Savor delicious meals. Engage in meaningful conversations. Play with your children. Lose yourself in laughter. Feel the breeze upon your skin.

When you slow down to be present, you let go of overwhelm and cultivate appreciation for the magic in your life.

04. Say yes to doing less.

Overcommitting leads to burnout. This season, give yourself permission to do less and focus on the things that bring you joy.

Let's normalize saying no, cancelling plans, and taking naps. Remember, it's okay to have blank space on your calendar.

When you say yes to doing less, you are releasing the grip that overwhelm has on you and making room for what matters.
